Terms of Service
Effective August 28, 2026, last updated October 26, 2026. Covers Preflight, Design Check, Pulse, Verdict, Toolbox, Designers, Vantage, and the Accessibility Readiness Report and the Membership.
The services
All the Possibles operates Preflight (an MCP server security scanner), Design Check (an AI-generated-design critique tool), Pulse (Core Web Vitals monitoring), Verdict (design review as MCP tools), Toolbox (small utilities for agent builders), Designers (checks, prompts and skills for designers working with AI), and Vantage (a Search Console reporting dashboard for agencies). Bearing, a Meta Ads client manager, is in build and not yet accepting clients; these terms will cover it when it opens. Each has a free tier available without an account, except Vantage, which requires a Google sign-in. Paid tiers (Basic, Pro, per-client pricing on Vantage, and the Membership that combines several products) are billed monthly through Stripe.
Verdict, Preflight's semantic scan, and Design Check's vision pass can run on your own Anthropic API key. Calls made that way are billed by Anthropic to you under Anthropic's terms, and you're responsible for that account.
Accounts and API keys
A Pro subscription issues you an API key. You're responsible for keeping it confidential, treat it like a password. If it leaks, email support@allthepossibles.com and we'll revoke it and issue a new one.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe (the Membership can also be billed yearly at $150) and renew automatically until canceled. Preflight, Design Check, Toolbox Pro and the Membership start with a 7-day free trial (Pulse and Verdict do not); the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal (at each product's /billing page) or by emailing support; you keep paid access through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, but we'll make it right if something on our end broke.
Accessibility Readiness Report
The Accessibility Readiness Report is a one-time purchase of $149 USD for one website, up to ten pages, with no subscription. VAT and sales tax are not added at this time. Payment is taken by Stripe. The report is delivered as a private link that works for 30 days; save a PDF if you need it longer.
The report is an automated draft. Software reads the HTML and CSS of the pages and reports what it finds against WCAG 2.2. It is not legal advice, and it is not a certification, audit opinion or statement of conformance with WCAG, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act, the ADA or any other law. The VPAT-style table and the accessibility statement draft are starting points that a person must test and complete before anyone publishes or relies on them. Pages behind a login, and anything that needs a person to judge it, are not covered.
Only order a report for a site you own or are authorized to test. We check your address before you pay, so you are not charged for a site we cannot read. Full refund within 14 days if the report does not run: write to support@allthepossibles.com from the address you paid with.
Acceptable use
Don't use these services to attack, scan, or check systems you don't have permission to test. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the detection rulesets for the purpose of evading them maliciously, or resell API access without a separate agreement with us.
No warranty on results
These tools give you signal, not a guarantee. A "clear" verdict from Preflight doesn't mean an MCP server is safe in every respect; a high Design Check score doesn't guarantee good design; a Verdict review or a Toolbox lint is an opinion, not a certification. Use your own judgment alongside these tools, especially for anything security-critical.
Limitation of liability
These services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, All the Possibles isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of them, including decisions made based on a scan, check, or report.
Changes
We may update these terms as the products change. Material changes will update the effective date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
